Download everything the course has stored for you: answers, lesson completions, settings and session history, as JSON. Changing your email or password, and deleting your account, are in the course under Settings.Settings is part of the course, so it opens again when you renew. To change your email or delete your account before then, contact support; a forgotten password can be reset from the sign-in page.
