Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, on request: email support with the address you bought with. The refund policy has the details.

Receipts

Payments are handled by Link, Stripe’s payment service and our merchant of record. Receipts and invoices come from Link by email (from an @link.com address), and with a Link account your order is also at link.com. If one is missing, tell us and we’ll help you get it. For a charge you don’t recognise, Link’s support at support.link.com can help too.

Before you report a bug

Reloading the page fixes most display glitches. If the course won’t load at all, check that your browser is up to date; the app needs a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
