Refund policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
If the course isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount. No form to fill in, no reason required.
The policy
- 14 days. You can request a full refund of any plan within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason, whether or not you have used the course.
- On request. Email support@rabbitcourses.com from the address you bought with, or use the support form. Say which purchase you mean if you have more than one.
- Access ends. When the refund is issued, your access to the course ends. Your account and progress are kept, so if you buy again later you continue where you left off.
- Full amount. The refund is for the full price you paid, including any tax. It goes back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in: if you paid in your own currency, you get back the same amount you paid.
How it is processed
Payments are processed through Stripe, and the merchant of record for our orders is Link, Stripe’s payment service (your receipt says “Sold through Link”). When we approve your refund, we issue it through Stripe, and the money goes back to your card or other payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You will get an email from Link confirming it.
You can also ask Link directly, through Link’s support at support.link.com (you don’t need a Link account). Link may check with us. Under its own refund policy, Link can refund a purchase within 60 days of it, for example if you did not receive what you paid for or it was significantly not as described, and a refund Link makes ends your access in the same way.
After 14 days
Purchases are not normally refundable after 14 days. If something has gone wrong, for example the course has not worked for you in a way we could not fix, or you were charged twice, email us and we will look at it; we are not unreasonable about it. Link’s own refund policy, above, still applies within its 60 days. Renewals follow the same rule: 14 days from the date of the renewal purchase, and a refunded renewal removes only the time that renewal added.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law and, for customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content. Stripe also applies the cooling-off periods that local law requires. Our 14-day policy applies in any case.
